A one-hour private yoga instruction can be arranged in the comfort of your own home. please choose from one of the sessions below and contact Carlyn for your first private session. 10 pack series: this is for the dedicated yogi (at any level) who wants to have the same day and time once or twice each week in order to receive the ultimate benefits of a consistent yoga practice.
Beginner's Orientation:
Perfect for the first-time student to yoga who wants to feel comfortable starting a yoga practice at home or in a studio.
Vinyasa Flow:
Beginner level focus on pranayama (breathing techniques), asana (physical practice), chanting, mudra, and meditation.
Intermediate Prana Vinyasa Flow:
intermediate practice linking breath and movement. introduction to inversions, more challenging back bends, and arm balances.
advanced prana vinyasa flow: an athletic session for more experienced yogis. not suggested for basic level yogis.
Restorative/theraputic:
A
gentle and slow meditative class using props, aroma therapy, relaxation music, and simple massage techniques to help you feel completely supported and relaxed in every pose. an excellent option if you are healing from an injury or illness, or as a nice complement to a more dynamic prana vinyasa flow yoga practice.
Sports-Specific:
Complement your golf, tennis, skiing, swimming, or running program with a yoga program that will increase flexibility & focus, and decrease the risk of injury.
