At present I am no longer teaching in a studio. I feel that it is important for every student of flow to be able to know and understand their own personal practice.

I feel that my practice not only begins within myself but continues within myself and my immediate surroundings. To go deeper into that sacred space, to have that immediate attention and to be able to communicate and receive personal feeback one on one whenever wanted. I feel and beleive that a consistent home practice is important; so why not continue to flow with that experience of my own and spread the love of a private teaching.
